Hope Community Learning Centre Brambles Farm is now a UK Online Centre.

• Offering free internet access along with the help and support for people who need to use the internet. With a friendly welcome and guidance on how to find and use public services and advice on what to do next.
• Access and support in using Learn my way to help learners get started with computers and the internet.  Modules include: Internet safety, money management, shopping online, how to apply for jobs online, how to complete online forms, using the internet and email and health subjects.

UK Online have just received their learner survey results for last year which you can read on the UK Online website, but a snap-shot of what you can expect from us is that:

• 99% of learners are satisfied with the service they receive in UK online centres
• Since starting their learning, learners feel more confident, with 91% feeling more confident about using a computer and 88% feeling more confident when using the internet.
• Following their learning, three-quarters of learners went on the access a government service online,  two thirds of learners progressed to employment or better employment outcomes, and 69% have progressed to further learning.
